In and Out Urgent Care Patients,
In order to ensure your health and prevent community spread of COVID-19, the Louisiana Department of Health is requiring all healthcare facilities to incorporate a visitor restriction policy. We also are implementing a safety screening process while visiting our facilities. Part of the safety screening will require prescreening prior to entry for all patients and will involve a temperature check for patients.
Visitor Restriction Policy
NO VISITORS are allowed with the exception
1. One person for the elderly or disabled that need assistance
2. One guardian if patient is a minor.
3. A parent with multiple children
Safety Screening
1. Patients will be required to speak with staff by phone/video prior to entry to screen for fever, cough, and shortness of breath.
2. You will have your temperature taken before admission to our clinic.
3. All Patients and Limited Visitors are required to wear a surgical mask at all times while at facility.
We understand that this is a difficult and uncertain time for everyone and we have adopted these guidelines for the safety and wellbeing of everyone in our clinic both staff and patients. Thanks for your cooperation.

At Accident CareNow, our friendly staff will act quickly after an auto accident to take a complete medical history and our medical providers will conduct a full examination to determine any possible injuries. You can also return if further symptoms or injuries develop.
