Unimaginable post. Articles that have huge and shrewd comments are more pleasing, at any rate to me. It’s fascinating to examine what different people thought and how it relates to them or their clients, as their point of view could help you later on.
We had a great (best) experience we've had at an urgent care. We're able to preregister for our visit online which was very convenient and minimized our wait time. We're seen almost immediately after arriving and checking in. All of the staff was friendly and helpful. Shout out to RN Natalie who was AMAZING with our little girl who needed stitches. She was very professional, took her time and made her feel calm and at ease. Keep providing the same wonderful service to your patients.
Don't go here, please just choose another place. My girlfriend got in a car accident and came here directly after. The person at the front desk was rude however she was seen by a doc/nurse and treated. Two days later her symptoms are getting worse. She calls to speak to a doc/nurse regarding the new intense pain. She was put on hold until she was hung up on. She called again to be placed back on hold, however the person at the front desk was again, very rude and told her it was just indigestion, and that she can't talk to a nurse or doctor, then hung up on her. The doc/nurse did not give her a strong dose per her symptoms, nor did they speak to her about returning to work or documentation for this. Their staff will minimize your issue and gate keep if you can be in touch with the medical professionals, don't go here. You won't get adequate treatment.
I went online to check this place out bc I needed medical care. It would not let me do a virtual visit, so I looked at what services they provided. I was happy to see that they treated my specific problem. So I booked an appointment. My wife gets home and we spend our last money taking a Lyft to the appointment. We get there, go to sign in and the lady looks at my situation and tells us to wait a minute. Another lady comes out and says, "we don't treat that here". Then proceeds to tell me that they are privately owned and do not accept Medicaid. So then we had no more money and had to walk, in the rain, to Oschner Baptist. Needless to say, we won't be going back there.
Feeling icky, walked in. The wait wasn't noticable because I was reading. The waiting room is clean, and the seating is distanced. The entire staff is amazing! They are friendly, professional, kind, and caring. I put off coming for a few days because this clinic is 17 miles from home. They are my new Urgent Care Team.
As soon as I walked in the door, I was greeted with a warm welcome. I was out within 45 minutes only because I had to take a COVID-19 test. Upon leaving everyone gave me well wishes. Very professional atmosphere.
I had an abscess in my neck I had removed today. And I wanna thank you guys for taking care me..I appreciate y'all very much..the staff there is unmatched..I would give y'all 20 stars if I could.. It was quick and painless.. THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!! THANK YOU!!!
I’m here waiting, now. It’s 7:11am. Facility is not open. Employee inside but doors are locked. Unacceptable!!! In a line with 8 others and it’s cold. I am trying to be seen and go to work afterwards. Unacceptable!!! Once seen the service was quick and excellent.
The staff was very pleasant and the wait was very short. I highly recommend in and out. And that exactly how they work to get you in and out. God Bless
Everyone was pleasant and friendly. NP was knowledgeable and quick. They got me to the back before their estimated wait time. I was in and out in absolutely no time. No fuss. Not a bunch of paperwork. Did their thing and let me loose
Great facility! Everyone is helpful! I’ve been there a few times for a variety of reasons and have been pleased every time I go there. The staff takes the time to listen and hear concerns and give advice. They are good with children too!
The nurse practitioner was a very Friendly lady And she always had a smile on her face when she came into room. The rest of the staff was wonderful to.
Initially, I had a pleasant experience and the doctors and nurses were very kind. However, I was prescribed Tramadol for a minor knee contusion (a knee bruise) that was causing me some pain to walk with. Being wary of doctors who have pushed overly strong medication on me in the past, I specifically asked how strong the medication was and if it was an opioid, as the doctor did not explain what the medication was besides a pain medication. The doctor looked me in the eye and told me it wasn’t strong and “not an opioid or anything like that.” Upon my return from picking up the medication from the pharmacy, the first thing I read on the bottle says “Caution: Opiod. Risk of overdose and addiction.” Tramadol is a class IV narcotic made from synthetic opioids and research is being done on its addictive properties since it went from a non-controlled substance to a class IV not too long ago. Essentially, I am disappointed that a narcotic was prescribed to me for a knee contusion and that the doctor did not seem to be honest about what Tramadol was, even if he had the best intentions at heart. When I called reception, they seemed unconcerned and asked me what I wanted them to do about it. Please be careful here, and actually read about the medication going into your body before you choose to take it upon a doctors order.
This is my go to facility for urgent care. The waiting room is clean and airy. They observe all Covid protocols. The staff is friendly and provided prompt, courteous and professional service. I was very satisfied with my experience.
I went to In & Out Urgent Care today for a physical, upon arrival I met the most courteous staff imaginable and the Nurse Practitioner even stayed late to examine me. I am truly proud to have been served by this office. Great Job to you all. Thank You.
Kind and professional from start to finish. Very Quick some what too quick almost robotic. But quick and robotic is what you need when you have to get a physical and be back at work before 9. The intake specialist was kind and the intake nurse was friendly and welcoming. The Nurse practitioner was really in and out just as they advised , however I wish my past depression had been addressed. For example if I checked depression in the past maybe they could have asked well how do you feel today or is the a issue that comes and goes. With she had been a little more personal or caring touch like the nurse.
My son 21 year old son was denied services today 9/18/2020. The incompetent front desk staff told him his insurance was inactive. He told them to call Cigna & verify the insurance and they told him he needed to call. According to the EMTALA, medical services shouldn’t be denied. A complaint will be filed against this facility, this is utterly ridiculous!
Dr. Shannon Dufrene impresses with her caring, professional manner. Patient care seems to come naturally to her. Overall, the staff was cordial and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to return for health care needs.
Today was my first visit, and the staff was extremely helpful! The check-in process was smooth and very efficient. The nurse and provider were both very thorough in explaining things.
I felt like I was coming down with the flu--booked an appt on line for the next morning although I could have easily walked in the night before. Easy access right off Claiborne with plenty of parking. Clean, comfortable facilities and most importantly no long wait. Flu was confirmed, prescription dialed into my pharmacy and I was out of there in under 30 minutes.
The doctor and nurse were GREAT! That’s the only reason I gave it two instead of one star. However, the front desk receptionist was TERRIBLE. She left me outside while she buzzed two people in before me when I called 4 times to get buzzed in. She asked me what I was there for with 2 other people up at the counter at the same time (ever heard of hipaa?) and then has REFUSED to let me speak with a doctor or nurse about follow up questions after I have called twice. I won’t use this facility again because of her.
I had an accident and cut my finger very badly, so called them up and they told me to just come by. They ask you to call when outside and are only allowing patients inside, no companions. After check-in, they saw me right away. Everyone was very friendly and patient with me, and the treatment I received was top-notch. I definitely recommend!
Went there today for the first time for an ankle injury. It was a Sunday and I had no problems making a same-day appointment online. Once I got there, I was seen within minutes. Every member of staff was polite, accommodating and professional. They wasted no time getting me into the x-ray room. They were very thorough in explaining their diagnosis and the next steps I had to take, as well as fielding my questions. So grateful for this experience, thanks y'all!
Just a quick note to say THANK YOU to Dr. Dufrene, I couldn't have had a better healthcare experience than I did yesterday. Her staff, especially Shelby, were wonderful and I cannot say enough nice things about my visit.
I arrived by 7:45am and they had opened at 7:00. I was in and out in 25 minutes. Nurse practitioner came in and did a quick exam and diagnosis. She was very matter of fact and clear with regards to her explanation of treatment. All prescriptions were sent electronically to my preferred pharmacy. Very efficient, convenient, and even inexpensive.
Quick, easy visit. One of the few Urgent Cares open on Sunday. All of the staff were very nice, and the common areas were pristine. Definitely recommend if you live in the area.
I love the feature that tells you the wait time for a walk-in or allows you to get in line online. Luckily for me there was no wait time so I drove right over. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely go back and recommend them to friends.
Awesome experience. Very friendly staff. Quick service. The provider was very compassionate and respectful. I was in healhcare for almost 23 years before i retired and i would be proud to call this place my employer. =) A++++++++++++
The Doctors, Nurses and Staff were amazing. They listened to my concerns and addressed all of them. The total visit may have been 30 minutes which included me having to fill out paperwork! I will definitely be back just hopefully not to soon!
I am absolutely impressed with the entire staff!!!! I used to practice nursing, and I can promise you, they are awesome! From explaining to a complete assessment based on the symptoms I presented with, they literally had me "In and Out"!!!! They are professional, the clinic was immaculate, the receptionist even took time out to explain a treatment process to a man who walked in, and didn't have an aappointment, nor did he make one! I ended up at the clinic accidentally looking for another one! But I'm grateful I did!!!!
