In & Out Urgent Care – What To Bring
When you need immediate medical attention, the last thing you want to worry about bringing is a bunch of documents with you. To make your visit easier, we only need your picture ID and your insurance card. We’ll get the all other information we need during the check-in process.
If you are not the primary insurance subscriber on your plan, we will need the insurance subscriber’s social security number and date of birth.
In & Out Urgent Care accepts all major health insurance, including Tulane and Splash Care (Tulane Debit). Your co-payments made at the time of service can be paid by cash or credit card.
